Pennsylvania Downtown Center (PDC) is the only nonprofit organization in the commonwealth dedicated exclusively to the economic and physical revitalization of Pennsylvania’s downtowns, central business districts, neighborhood business districts and the neighborhoods that surround them. We provide a variety of services, detailed below, in order to ensure that your town maximizes its ability to undertake a successful revitalization effort. In addition, PDC advocates for the creation and implementation of state and federal legislation critical to the revitalization equation.
