Julie Fitzpatrick Executive Director

Julie has been with PDC since 2005 and was appointed as the Ex. Director in July 2019. She has been involved with a variety of projects in communities all over the commonwealth, including community visioning, developing regional downtown revitalization strategies, establishing tourism infrastructure plans, and developing business improvement district plans and other strategic planning activities.

Virginia Mauk Conference Coordinator

Virginia brings her background as a Chamber of Commerce Executive Director and Downtown Carlisle Association Business Development Specialist to her role as Conference Coordinator. Virginia believes conferences are not only an opportunity to learn from speakers but the chance to gain insight and tips from others during the down time sitting on a bus to a mobile workshop or having a drink at the bar.

Bill Arrowood Field Services Specialist

Bill began honing his skills as a showman in 1978 when he sold tickets to neighborhood kids to watch a bootlegged VHS copy of Star Wars, but found his first true calling in the film industry, working for 20 years as a location manager and scout on projects like, Beloved, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, After Earth, Dispatches from Elsewhere, and The Italian Job.

Emma Hudson Network Relations & Content Designer

Emma Hudson brings a wealth of versatile expertise to the Pennsylvania Downtown Center, joining the team in 2023 as a Network Relations and Content Designer. With a strong foundation in Social Innovation and Communication, complemented by a Studio Art minor, Emma graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rollins College, demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence.

With a belief in the strength of narratives in shaping brands and individuals, she passionately prioritizes open communication to foster community and elevate brand recognition.

Samantha Pearson Healthy Communities Program Manager

As the Healthy Communities Program Manager, Samantha is continuing the work of Carol Reichbaum with the PA WalkWorks program, promoting active transportation in core communities around the state.  Samantha has previously worked in architecture and urban planning in various parts of the US as well as briefly abroad.

With nearly a decade of experience in community development, including serving as the Executive Director of Main Street Hanover, Justine is passionate about transforming neighborhoods and business districts.

Kyleigh Graybill Strategic Programs Manager

As the Strategic Programs Manager, Kyleigh Graybill brings great passion and resilience to the Pennsylvania Downtown Center. Her experience as a previous regional Main Street Coordinator for Perry County shows strength in organizing and engaging volunteers, collaborating with other establishments, and having foundational communication skills. Kyleigh is enthusiastic about the downtowns of Pennsylvania and believes strongly that they are gateways to PA’s great outdoors. She believes in the spirit and pride of downtown and that magic happens when the community carefully cultivates their surroundings. She considers revitalization efforts to be deeply rooted and can always be achieved through heart and soul.
