Meet Justine, our new Blueprint Communities and Special Projects Coordinator at the Pennsylvania Downtown Center. With nearly a decade of experience in community development, including serving as the Executive Director of Main Street Hanover, Justine is passionate about transforming neighborhoods and business districts. Beyond her professional endeavors, Justine is deeply involved in her local community, volunteering with the Main Street program and serving on the board of YWCA Hanover. Together with her three boys and husband, Justine is eager to explore the vibrant downtown programs across Pennsylvania, bringing her expertise and enthusiasm to support communities statewide.
