$15M for Keystone Communities Program
PA Downtown Center requests $15 Million for the Keystone Communities Program Line Item in the DCED budget, before supplemental appropriations. We have prepared a kit of resources for you to use as you reach out to your legislators and raise awareness to the public, including a talking points card, complete sheet of talking points and questions for your legislators sheet.
